SLAM! Agency is a digital storytelling agency. We sell digital strategy, branded content creation, high end video production, social media management and digital advertising management.

We’re looking for a full-time, "Account Executive." You will generate leads, qualify prospects, pitch solutions, close deals and manage your accounts.

  • $31,860 Annual Salary + 15% Commission on Sales (minimum $87,860 first year income)

  • Strategic thinker with a strong sales mentality
  • Self-motivated, quick to learn and assertive with ability to solve problems creatively
  • An enthusiastic, “can-do” attitude and “whatever it takes, hunter” mentality
  • A notably pleasant, magnetic character and good business sense
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers
  • A proven track record of developing and winning new business achievement/ over-achievement versus annual quota ownership
  • Experience in B2B sales to C-level and Director-level decision makers in large organizations
  • Possess a strong suite of existing client relationships (Fortune 500, CMOs and Senior Business Executives)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with diverse groups of people both in writing and in speaking without being misunderstood
  • Overall understanding of marketing and advertising, analytics, and digital marketing strategies, as well as the overall creative process and workflow
  • General sense of design and understanding of industry leading creative output
